CICG was founded in 2007 by Larry Porter, who recognized the transformative power of Lean methodologies and set out to help companies improve processes, strengthen efficiency, and drive profitability. In 2020, leadership transitioned to David Fielding, whose background in healthcare and technology shaped his expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.

With over 15 years of Lean experience and more than 35 years in leadership development, David embodies a hands-on approach, ready to roll up his sleeves and support those striving for success. His hardworking, farm-boy roots instill a deep commitment to fostering growth and excellence in everyone he works with. David believes that with the right guidance and tools, every organization can reach its full potential. When he's not mentoring emerging leaders, David enjoys biking, watching movies and serving in his community.
VP Consulting Services. Matt draws on extensive experience in the manufacturing industry to drive operational excellence through Lean methodologies. He specializes in measurable improvements that show up in the bottom line, while creating environments that foster efficiency, innovation, and leadership. Outside of his consulting role, Matt is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his wife and sons.

Glen holds a Manufacturing Engineering degree from BYU and has decades of experience in high-performance operations.
