Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date. Refunds are granted if a class is canceled or under extenuating circumstances, subject to CI-CG review. Consulting service fees are refundable, but direct expenses such as travel are not. Store credit may be offered as an alternative. Refunds are processed within 30 days of request. Refund requests can be made via email.
