CI-CG is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using our website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
CI-CG provides consulting, leadership coaching, and business process improvement courses. Users may purchase these services directly through our website. While we strive to offer accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee that all content will always be error-free or applicable to every business scenario.
Users are expected to engage with our platform in a professional and lawful manner. Any activity that violates applicable laws, involves fraudulent or misleading behavior, disrupts CI-CG’s services, or interferes with the experience of other users is strictly prohibited. Attempting unauthorized access, engaging in hacking, submitting false information, or redistributing CI-CG content without permission may result in account suspension or termination.
CI-CG is committed to providing high-quality consulting and educational services. If a client is not satisfied with the results attained, we will refund the professional fees paid. Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of purchase and will be subject to CI-CG’s review. However, direct expenses such as travel costs are non-refundable. In some cases, CI-CG may offer store credit instead of a refund.

Refund requests will be processed within 30 days of approval. To request a refund, clients should contact CI-CG via email at ContactUs@ci-cg.com or phone at 812-227-6337.

All refund decisions made by CI-CG are final. Refunds are only available for services purchased directly from CI-CG.
All content provided by CI-CG, including consulting frameworks, training methodologies, and leadership materials, is the exclusive property of CI-CG. By purchasing our services, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the materials for personal or internal business purposes only. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or modify CI-CG materials without written permission.

CI-CG’s services are intended for direct use by the purchasing client. Any attempt to resell, sublicense, or transfer access to CI-CG’s services to third parties without written permission is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized commercial use may result in termination of service and legal action.

Some elements, such as third-party materials or licensed content, may not be owned by CI-CG and could be subject to separate usage terms.
CI-CG collects personal data, such as names, emails, and payment details, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We do not use cookies or tracking technologies, nor do we sell personal data. However, we work with select third-party service providers—including Microsoft, ClickUp, Airtable, Wix, and Make.com—to facilitate website functionality and service operations.

Users may request account deletion or modification of their data by contacting ContactUs@ci-cg.com. CI-CG retains financial records for tax and audit purposes, even after account deletion.

If you are located in California, the European Union, or other jurisdictions with specific privacy laws, you may have additional rights regarding data access, correction, deletion, and portability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CI-CG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services. CI-CG’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for services rendered in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We are also not responsible for third-party platform functionality, such as issues with Zoom, payment processors, or website hosting services.
CI-CG reserves the right to suspend or terminate services under the following circumstances:

Violation of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, or other company policies

Engagement in illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities

Non-payment, excessive refund requests, or chargeback disputes

Misuse or abuse of the platform, including disruptive behavior towards staff or clients

Security threats, such as unauthorized access or hacking attempts

Any activity that interferes with business operations, including excessive use of support resources

Clients agree not to directly engage, solicit, or hire any CI-CG employees, consultants, or contractors for similar consulting services outside of CI-CG without prior written consent. This restriction applies for a period of 24 months following the last engagement with CI-CG.

CI-CG, at its sole discretion, will determine whether a user's actions warrant service termination.
Users agree to indemnify and hold CI-CG harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from misuse of the website or violations of these Terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by U.S. law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, further resolution methods may be pursued as permitted by law.
CI-CG does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its website or services. Temporary downtime may occur due to scheduled maintenance, system failures, or third-party service issues. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but are not liable for disruptions beyond our control.
CI-CG is not responsible for failures caused by unforeseen events, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, CI-CG will take necessary steps to minimize service disruptions.
CI-CG reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting, unless otherwise stated. Users will be notified of material changes through a website notification banner for 30 days. Continued use of CI-CG’s services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Clients using CI-CG’s consulting or coaching services must engage in a professional and respectful manner. Disruptive behavior, harassment of CI-CG staff, misuse of learning materials, or attempts to access unauthorized services may result in service termination.

CI-CG reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client’s actions violate these Terms or disrupt the experience of others.
