Privacy Policy

  • We collect personal information from users, including name, company, email, phone number, address, payment details, supervisor name, and referral source. This information is collected through contact forms, account registration, and third-party integrations.

  • The information collected is used for account management, marketing and communication, analytics and performance tracking, and legal compliance. We do not sell or rent personal data. However, we may share information with third-party service providers such as Microsoft, ClickUp, Airtable, Wix, and Make.com.

  • We do not collect cookies or tracking data. Additionally, third-party services such as Wix and Airtable do not use cookies on our behalf.

  • We implement encryption and other security measures to protect user data. Data retention periods vary based on the type of information collected. Personal data related to account management, marketing, and analytics is retained indefinitely unless restricted by applicable laws. Payment details are retained only as long as necessary for transaction processing and financial record-keeping. Data related to legal or security purposes is retained as required by relevant regulations. Retention is justified for legitimate business interests including record-keeping, security, compliance with legal obligations, fraud prevention, resolving disputes, and improving service functionality. Despite deletion requests, we may retain certain data if necessary for legal, contractual, or security purposes.

    We retain user data as follows:

    • Account information: Retained indefinitely unless deletion is requested.

    • Payment records: Retained for 7 years for tax and audit purposes.

    • Marketing data: Retained for 2 years or until opt-out is requested.

    Users residing in California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, and Oregon have the right to request deletion of their personal data in accordance with state laws. We will comply with such requests unless data retention is necessary for legitimate business purposes, including legal compliance, security, or contractual obligations.

  • Users may request to opt out of any future data sales or sharing for targeted advertising by contacting ContactUs@ci-cg.com with ‘Opt-Out Request’ in the subject line.

    Users have the right to access, modify, or request deletion of their data by contacting us at ContactUs@ci-cg.com or 812-227-6337. CI-CG will process verified privacy requests within 45 days, as required by CCPA/CPRA. If an extension is needed, we will notify the user. If CI-CG denies a privacy request, the user may appeal the decision by contacting ContactUs@ci-cg.com with 'Privacy Appeal' in the subject line.

  • CI-CG does not use automated decision-making to process personal data. If this changes, we will update our Privacy Policy and provide users with an opt-out option.

    CI-CG will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service to users who exercise their privacy rights under applicable laws. Additionally, users in jurisdictions with specific legal protections may have the right to object to data processing, request data portability, or restrict processing in certain circumstances.

    CI-CG does not sell or share personal data for targeted advertising purposes.

    Our Sites are not directed at children 16 years of age or younger. CI-CG does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that such data has been inadvertently collected, we will take steps to delete it promptly. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, please contact us immediately.

    Our Privacy Policy complies with GDPR for EU users, CCPA/CPRA for California users, CPA for Colorado users, VCDPA for Virginia users, CTDPA for Connecticut users, OCPA for Oregon users, PIPEDA for Canadian users, LFPDPPP for Mexico, and other applicable state and international privacy laws. Users may exercise their rights under these regulations by requesting access to, modification of, or deletion of their personal data.     To process privacy requests, CI-CG may require users to verify their identity by providing account details or confirming their request via email or phone.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date. Refunds are granted if a class is canceled or under extenuating circumstances, subject to CI-CG review. Consulting service fees are refundable, but direct expenses such as travel are not. Store credit may be offered as an alternative. Refunds are processed within 30 days of request. Refund requests can be made via email.

  • We are not responsible for third-party platform functionality, such as Zoom outages, or disruptions caused by other third-party services integrated into our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, issues related to payment processors, hosting providers, or data management systems. If a class does not meet the minimum number of attendees, we may reschedule or issue a refund. No-show fees apply when companies fail to meet class attendance requirements.

    Courses will not be held on major holidays.

  • CI-CG reserves the right to suspend or terminate services under the following circumstances:

    • Violation of our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or any other company policies.

    • Engagement in illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.

    • Non-payment, excessive refund requests, or chargeback disputes.

    • Misuse or abuse of our platform, including disruptive behavior towards staff or other clients.

    • Any activity that poses a security threat, such as unauthorized access or hacking attempts.

    • Any action that interferes with our business operations, including excessive use of support resources.

    We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether a user's actions warrant suspension or termination of services.

    Users agree to indemnify and hold CI-CG harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from their misuse of the website.

  • This Privacy Policy is governed by U.S. laws. Any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy shall first be resolved through good-faith mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, further resolution methods may be pursued as permitted by law.

    We do not allow third-party advertisements or affiliate links on our website.

  • Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Users will be notified via a notification banner on the website for 30 days and, where applicable, via email. CI-CG will honor the terms and prices applicable at the time of purchase. Requests to exercise privacy rights will be processed within 30 days. If a request is denied, users will receive an explanation and may appeal the decision through our designated contact.

    CI-CG is not responsible for failures due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions, or technical failures. To ensure ongoing compliance, CI-CG will adhere to all future amendments and newly enacted privacy regulations in jurisdictions where we operate.
