CI-Trained Kerite Featured in 2 Continuous Improvement Videos

Trained by CI-CG, Kerite, a Marmon / Berkshire Hathaway wire and cable company in Seymour, CT, was chosen to promote their Lean progress for the benefit of other Marmon companies. Two videos were produced in 2 successive years by CI-CG for Marmon Electrical. These videos featured interviews with 10-12 company employees and managers focusing on the benefits they have seen over the previous 2 years since implementing Lean practices.

The video also features before and after photos and video of the Kerite facility. It touched on Kerite's adaption of 5s, Lean Daily Management, Six Sigma, Kaisen, and other disciplines taught by CI-CG.
