Clients come to us with a variety of goals like: troubleshooting a lagging production line, recovering from a failed ERP rollout, or realigning a team post-restructuring and we meet them with actionable, measurable strategies rooted in continuous process improvement.
Attendance Policy
Regular attendance and active engagement are essential components of this program. Because enrollment is secured on an individual basis, no refunds will be issued once the first class has convened. Participants who are unable to attend a scheduled session will be provided access to a recording of the class to facilitate continuity of learning.

A certificate of completion will be conferred only upon participants who are present for a minimum of 10 of the 12 scheduled class sessions.
