Lean Sigma Black Belt (40 hours - Class Offered by Appointment)

This is primarily done through a problem solving process called DMAIC that includes five steps: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control. To receive Black Belt certification, students are required to complete an individual project related to their work.
6 hours of personal mentoring in the completion of the project are included in the purchase price of the course.
Access to license of SigmaXL statistical analysis software (EXCEL add-in) is required.
Group reservations of 3 or more students may schedule separate start date, class dates and times to fit group needs.
