
Lean Sigma Green Belt (40 Hours - October 2024)
This 4-week course helps transform decision making from gut feelings and guesswork to using relevant data and proven analysis tools. Learn and practice how continuous improvement methodologies can transform your employees, your team, and your product. Our class follows a pattern where we introduce concepts with lecture, use activities to help demonstrate the material, supplement with reading from our guidebook, and finally, apply them both individually and in a team with discussion questions and projects.

To receive Green Belt certification, students are required to get at least an 80% in the course and complete an individual project related to their work. We also include in the price of the course designated coaching time if students would like 1-on-1 advice on any in-class material or their projects.
Class Dates and Times:
Classes are via Zoom and are held Monday-Thursday 10:00am - 12:30pm Eastern Time beginning October 7th. They continue every other week as follows:
