
Lean Sigma Yellow Belt (10 Hours - January 2024)
In this 4-week Lean Yellow Belt training, you become acquainted with the concept of ‘Lean”, a management philosophy that prioritizes the customer and their demands while minimizing non-value added activity. With the help of Lean techniques, you learn to identify and eliminate waste as a functional member of a process improvement team.
This course covers a variety of Lean topics, including:
- History of Lean and continuous improvement
- Introduction to DMAIC
- Introduction to the Three M’s and Waste
- Value-added vs. non-value-added activities
- Workplace Organization 5S
- Teaming
