CI-CG provides consulting, leadership coaching, and business process improvement courses. Users may purchase these services directly through our website. While we strive to offer accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee that all content will always be
error-free or applicable to every business scenario.
3. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
Users are expected to engage with our platform in a professional and lawful manner. Any
activity that:
● Violates applicable laws,
● Involves fraudulent or misleading behavior,
● Disrupts CI-CG’s services, or
● Interferes with the experience of other users,
is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized access, hacking attempts, submission of false information, or redistribution of CI-CG content without permission may result in account suspension or termination.
4. Refund & Payment Policy
CI-CG is committed to providing high-quality consulting and educational services. If a client is not satisfied with the results attained, we will refund the professional fees paid.
Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of purchase and will be subject to CI-CG’s review. Direct expenses such as travel costs are non-refundable. In some cases, CI-CG may offer store credit instead of a refund.
Refund requests will be processed within 30 days of approval. To request a refund, clients should contact ContactUs@ci-cg.com or 812-227-6337. All refund decisions made by CI-CG are final and apply only to services purchased directly from CI-CG.
5. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions
All content provided by CI-CG, including consulting frameworks, training methodologies, and leadership materials, is the exclusive property of CI-CG.
By purchasing our services, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the
materials for personal or internal business purposes only. Clients may not:
● Reproduce, distribute, resell, or modify CI-CG materials without written permission.
● Sublicense or transfer access to CI-CG’s services to third parties. Unauthorized commercial use may result in termination of service and legal action.
6. Privacy, Data Collection & Cookies
CI-CG does collect personal data and website usage information, including cookies and tracking technologies, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you agree to our use of cookies for functional, analytical, and marketing purposes.
6.1 Data Collected
We may collect the following information:
● Personal data provided by users (e.g., names, email addresses, payment details, etc).

● WordPress (website hosting & performance tracking),
● Make.com & Airtable (data processing & automation),
● Microsoft & ClickUp (project management & internal workflows).
These services may use cookies and collect data as part of their operations. CI-CG does not sell personal data to third parties.
6.3 Managing Cookies & Data Preferences
Users can manage or disable cookies via their browser settings. However, disabling cookies may limit certain website functionalities.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CI-CG shall not be liable for:
● Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profits, data, or business opportunities).
● Issues related to third-party service providers (e.g., Zoom, payment processors, website hosting).
CI-CG’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination of Services
CI-CG reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a user:
● Violates these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, or other company policies.
● Engages in illegal, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior.
● Fails to make payments or has excessive refund requests/chargeback disputes.
● Misuses the platform, including harassment of staff or other users.
● Poses security threats (e.g., hacking attempts).
Clients may not directly engage, solicit, or hire any CI-CG employees, consultants, or contractors for similar consulting services outside of CI-CG without prior written consent. This restriction applies for 24 months following the last engagement.
CI-CG reserves the sole discretion to determine whether service termination is warranted.
9. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold CI-CG harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use are governed by U.S. law. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, further legal action may be pursued as permitted by law.
11. Changes to These Terms
CI-CG may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting unless stated otherwise.
Users will be notified of material changes via a website banner notification for 30 days. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
